Zariz Virtual Try-on (the "App") is an application for Shopify stores that lets a store's shoppers virtually try on a garment by uploading a photo of themselves. The App is developed and operated by Rodrigo Quilaqueo, under the trade name ZarizSoftware, based in Santiago, Chile ("ZarizSoftware", "we", "us").
This policy explains what data the App processes, why, how long it keeps it, and what rights you have. It applies to two kinds of people:

We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, postal address or store account details. The random identifier is not linked to your identity.

Payments: plan and pack charges are processed by Shopify, using its own payment methods. We do not receive or store card or bank account details.

Under Google Cloud's terms, Google processes this data only on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Data is transferred to the United States under the contractual safeguards Google Cloud provides.
We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
Under applicable law — including Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and its amendments, the GDPR in the European Union, and the applicable U.S. state privacy laws — you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability of your data.
We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
The App is not intended for people under 18. Photos of minors must not be uploaded. If we find that a minor's photo was uploaded, we delete it immediately.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address, with its effective date. If the change is significant, we will notify merchants in the App's admin panel or by email at least 30 days in advance.
